HAZOP Study
Structured Hazard and Operability studies facilitated by qualified process-safety professionals.
About HAZOP Study
CVR Labs facilitates structured HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies for process plants, batch and continuous operations across India, delivered under our ISO 45001:2018 occupational health & safety management system. A qualified facilitator leads your multidisciplinary team node-by-node through the P&IDs, applying guidewords to each process deviation.
For every deviation we record the credible causes, consequences, existing safeguards and a ranked set of recommendations — producing a defensible HAZOP worksheet and action register that supports statutory compliance, insurer requirements and your internal process-safety programme.

What HAZOP Study includes
- Node-by-node P&ID review with standard guidewords
- Cause, consequence and safeguard analysis
- Risk ranking and prioritised recommendation register
- Close-out tracking and revalidation support
