INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE TESTING

An oil refinery implementing industrial hygiene practices near a body of water

Industrial hygiene testing makes certain workplaces secure and healthy for employees. It entails trying to find items that could affect people’s fitness and figuring out a way to avoid those hazards.

The primary aims of Industrial hygiene testing are as follows:

Ensuring Worker Health and Safety:

By tracking and managing operating situations, we attempt to protect people from potential health threats.

Regulatory Compliance:

This Testing helps companies in adhering to protection and environmental requirements and standards.

Risk evaluation:

It offers facts about possible occupational health hazards and facilitates the improvement of preventive solutions.

Improving Workplace Productivity:

A healthy and secure administrative centre environment improves worker morale and productivity.

We care about the safety of people and residents of the community. That is why we provide a full variety of Industrial Hygiene services, and feature completed so for nearly ten years. With customers varying from consultants, business corporations, fitness care centres, Government and personal workplaces and educational establishments, we have the experience and proficiency to offer accurate data so that it will, in turn, help innocent people from potential health hazards.

CInorganic Acids by NIOSH 7903 Six airborne anions are measured for total concentration using this approach. One sampler can be used to gather and identify the corresponding acids at the same time.
Volatile Organic Compounds by TO-15 Air samples are collected in a Summa Canister or a Helium Diffusion Sampler. VOCs are concentrated on a solid sorbent trap, refocused on a second trap, separated on a GC column, and passed on an MS detector for identification and quantification.
Volatile Organic Compounds by TO-17 VOCs are captured in ambient air by drawing it via a multi-bed sorbent tube. At A & B Labs, the tube is thermally desorbed and analyzed by GC/MS.
Volatile Organic Compounds by TO-15-HDS The HDS Personal Monitor makes it easier to keep an eye on chemicals at work. A new helium diffusion-based technique produces a sampler that is portable, lightweight, affordable, and defendable. Above important, variables like changing face velocities, varied humidities, and matrix concentrations that cause mistakes in other diffusive samplers do not impact the very reliable findings produced by the HDS Personal Monitor. Because helium diffuses more quickly than air, a vacuum is created when helium departs, and this vacuum is used to collect an HDS sample. Every HDS Personal Monitor has a surrogate recovery chemical added to it to support appropriate sample collection in the field and demonstrate successful recovery during laboratory analysis. There's now an easier way to get canister samples.
